RED Tour Wins Billboard Touring Award

Billboard announced today that Taylor Swift's RED Tour won the award for Top Package. The U.S. RED tour included performances by Ed Sheeran, Joel Crouse, Brett Eldredge, Florida Georgia Line and Casey James. The RED tour will soon make it's way Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Germany.

 Taylor Swift ignored Harry Styles at the American Music Awards (AMAs) last night (24.11.13).

The '22' singer - who took home four trophies to become the night's biggest winner - still appears to be upset with Harry, who she split from in January, and ignored both him and his One Direction bandmates when she had to walk past them to get backstage during a commercial break.

A source told USmagazine.com how Taylor stared straight ahead and quickly made her way past the boy band - which also includes Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson - and did the same upon returning to her seat later on.

Taylor, 23, and ladies man Harry, 19, only dated for around four months, but their intense romance produced one of her biggest hits, 'I Knew You Were Trouble'. When she received the Best Female Video trophy for that track at this year's MTV Video Music Awards she dedicated it to Harry, saying: "I also want to thank the person who inspired this song because he knows exactly who he is, because now I've got one of these."

Taylor's comments left the 'Story of my Life' singer, who was also at the event, looking sheepish, but he later brushed it off, saying: "It's alright, she likes a joke. I like a joke as much as the next guy, so it's all good."

Since breaking up with the 1D hunk, Taylor has been linked to British actor Douglas Booth, while Harry was spotted taking Kim Kardashian's half-sister, Kendall Jenner out last week, although she has since insisted it was not a date, and they are just friends..

Taylor Swift strikes gold with quadruple win at American Music Awards

Taylor Swift was the golden girl at the 2013 American Music Awards on Sunday (24Nov13) as she took home four top honours, including Artist of the Year.

The I Knew You Were Trouble hitmaker, who wowed in a shimmering gold Julien Macdonald mini dress, earned Favorite Female Artist accolades in both the Pop/Rock and Country categories, while the blonde beauty also scored best album for Red in the latter genre.

TAYLOR TALKS ABOUT CHRISTMAS ♥

Although Taylor Swift is world-wide superstar, she celebrates the holidays just like the rest of us. The “Ours” singer, who recently wrapped her “Speak Now World Tour 2011,” has been making the most of her downtime by getting in the Christmas spirit. In addition to going “a little crazy in Williams Sonoma” by purchasing an assortment of seasonal goodies, Swift has been baking and making homemade snow globes.

“That was my first time making snow globes out of mason jars, antique Christmas trinkets and glitter,” she tells People. “I found out how to do it on Pinterest. It made for a lovely winter activity day — [it] made me feel like a little kid again.”

Swift is also getting in the Christmas spirit with “a big Christmas tree” adorned with homemade ornaments she and her brother, Austin, made when they were young. “It’s so nostalgic,” she says, “looking back at all the Christmases past and comparing them to how different our lives are now.”

When it comes to gift-giving, Swift has her eyes and ears open for ideas all year long.

“I like to get my friends gifts that show that I really know them,” she explains. “If one of my friends says something about wanting something, I’ll write it down and get that for them for Christmas.”

As for her own Christmas wish list, Swift tells People she’d  like a pasta maker, antique picture frames and “anything from Free People or Anthropologie.”

The superstar also has a Christmas wish for her fans…

“I hope that they’re happy, wherever they are … [that] they feel loved by the people around them,” she shares. “And most of all I hope they feel appreciated by me. My life would look nothing like this without them.”

Taylor Swift was the big winner, being awarded Artist of the Year. She also took home Favorite Country album for Red, and Favorite Female Artist in both the Pop/Rock and Country categories.
